Local plans run on one computer (your server); your team uses it from their own computers over the office network (encrypted, HTTPS) or on that computer itself — each person with their own account (3 or unlimited, by plan). Activation is online, with a certificate the app renews silently every 45 days, or by a one-year certificate you paste in once a year for a machine that never connects — and you can move the licence to another computer if your hardware changes. Installers (Windows, macOS and Linux) are delivered from your account page once a release is published. On local plans the assistant and auditor run on built-in rules on your machine; AI-written explanations need the cloud.
